Common problems we diagnose

A cycle ends with standing water still sitting in the drum instead of draining out.
The drum fills and washes fine but never actually spins the water back out.
Water pools on the floor underneath the machine, usually noticed after the fact.
Pressing start does nothing — no hum, no lights, no response at all.
Spin cycle turns into a banging or thumping loud enough to hear from another room.
The tub sits empty no matter how long the machine runs through its fill step.

Brands we service

Premium: Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, DCS, Thermador, JennAir, Fisher & Paykel, and Dacor.

Mainstream: GE, Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, Bosch, KitchenAid, Maytag, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Amana, and Hotpoint.

Exact parts availability and repair feasibility depend on the model, age, and condition of the appliance. The technician explains findings and provides an estimate before approved work is completed.
