Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address. You can opt out using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Booking. Scheduling requests submitted through our "Book Online" link are processed by Workiz, a third-party scheduling platform, which receives the name, phone number, and service details you provide to book an appointment. Workiz acts as our service provider for scheduling and does not use your information for its own marketing.
SMS & calls. If you text or call the number on this site, message and data rates may apply, and we may use your phone number to follow up about your appointment. We do not use your phone number for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Cookies. Beyond Google Analytics, this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention. Appointment and contact records are kept for as long as needed for scheduling, warranty, and service-history purposes, and as required by California recordkeeping rules for appliance service dealers (a minimum of 3 years for service invoices).
