One call that stuck with him: an oven that quit the same afternoon a family had guests arriving for a birthday dinner. Kyle found the faulty part, replaced it, and tested every setting before he left — the oven was back up in time for the cake.

Alex brings nine years of hands-on experience to every service call, and got into the trade because he liked figuring out why things stopped working. He's handled everything from routine maintenance to more involved electrical and mechanical failures, and always starts with a full diagnosis before recommending a fix — no guessing.
He's also the one who double-checks before writing an appliance off. On one visit, a family had already decided to replace a refrigerator that had stopped cooling, after another technician told them it wasn't worth fixing. Alex found a single faulty component behind the failure — the fridge was cooling normally again by the time he left, and the family kept the appliance they already had.
